These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 88eggs (the “Service”), a platform for creating, automating, and publishing content. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
88eggs lets you generate media and content with automated pipelines and, where you choose to connect a third-party account, publish that content to platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok on your behalf. The Service's features may change over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity under it. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and old enough to hold accounts on any third-party platform you connect.
3. Connected accounts
When you connect a third-party account (for example YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok), you authorize 88eggs to access that account and act on your behalf within the permissions you grant — for instance, to read your basic profile and to publish content you direct it to publish. You can disconnect an account at any time from the Connections page, and you may also revoke access directly in the third party's own settings.
Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use, and the TikTok Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content and activity comply with them.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create with or upload to the Service. You grant 88eggs a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service and to carry out the actions you request, such as publishing to a connected account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- create or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others;
- violate the terms, policies, or rate limits of any connected platform;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or its underlying systems; or
- misuse the Service to send spam or to impersonate any person or organization.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party APIs and models. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability or terms may change. Access tokens and other credentials you grant are used only to provide the features you enable.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your requirements.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 88eggs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. On termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
